Condition: No minimum purchase amount is required. The price you see at checkout is the final price for shipping.
(Note: Currently, we do not offer expedited/express shipping options. All orders are shipped via our Standard Secured Shipping service.)

3. Order Processing & Production (Handling Time)
Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, there is a processing period before your item is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Production Time: 3-5 Business Days.

Total Handling Time: 4 - 7 Business Days.
DEFINITION: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM (EST) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
4. Estimated Delivery Times (Transit Time)
Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated transit time depends on your destination. Please refer to the table below:

How to calculate your arrival date:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (4-7 days) + Transit Time (Region specific).
(e.g., A US customer can typically expect their package within 11-19 business days from the date of purchase.)
Note: While we primarily use CNE Express for international logistics, final delivery is handled by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post).
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that GolfSignet operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Responsibility: GolfSignet is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, clearance fees, etc.).

EU & UK Customers: Due to local tax laws, VAT or import duties may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

Refusal of Package: If a customer refuses a package due to import duties/taxes, the package will be abandoned. We cannot issue a refund for packages abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
6. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

7. Delays & Resolution
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

Resolution for Lost/Delayed Packages:
If your tracking information has not updated for 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 30 business days of the shipment date:

If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund at your preference.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

If you realize an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If the package has already been shipped or is returned to us due to an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number), we cannot offer free reshipment. A reshipping fee may apply to send it out again.
