At GolfSignet, we specialize in creating custom-made golf accessories tailored specifically to you. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our core products (such as Custom Golf Stamps) are personalized with your unique name, logo, or design, specific rules apply to returns and refunds.
Please read the policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Whether you can return an item or get a refund depends on the type of product you purchased and the reason for the return.
A. Personalized & Custom Items (Non-Returnable)
Applicable Items: Custom Golf Stamps, Engraved Ball Markers, Personalized Towels, or any item made to order with your specific design/text.
Policy:

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized items due to "change of mind" or customer error (e.g., typos provided by the customer, choosing the wrong size/color).

Why? Once an item is customized with your personal details, it cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.
B. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Full Coverage)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect (e.g., we sent the wrong item or engraved the wrong name due to our error), we will make it right immediately.
Policy:

We will offer a Free Replacement or a Full Refund.

In most cases for damaged/defective custom items, you do NOT need to return the item to us. Photo evidence is sufficient.
C. Standard Non-Customized Items (Returnable)
Applicable Items: Generic accessories, ink refills, or standard gear without personalization.
Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you meet the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to initiate the process:
Step 1: Contact Us
Do not ship any items back until you have received approval.

Email our support team at info@GolfSignet.com within 7 days of receiving your order (for damage/defects) or within 30 days (for non-custom returns).

Step 2: Provide Evidence
In your email, please include:

Your Order Number.

The reason for the return/refund.

Clear photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or the incorrect product received.
Step 3: Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

If approved for a quality issue: We will process your replacement or refund immediately (no return needed).

If approved for a standard return: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the specific return address via email.
3. Return Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping Costs:

Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: GolfSignet will cover the shipping costs (or simply issue a refund without requiring a return).

Customer Remorse (Non-Custom Items): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo evidence is approved):

We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company and bank.

5. Important: Return Address
PLEASE NOTE: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
