We use a premium Japanese oil-based quick-dry ink.

• Waterproof: Yes. Once dried (usually takes 10-20 seconds), the ink bonds with the ball's cover and is resistant to water, mud, and abrasion.
• Refillable: Yes, all our stamps are refillable. We recommend adding a refill bottle to your order to keep your stamp running forever.

Yes! For best results, please upload a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting. Avoid dark shadows or blurry images. Our artists will manually convert your photo into a high-contrast sketch style optimized for stamping.

When you upload a photo of a person or pet, our designers manually convert it into a high-contrast "stipple sketch" (line art) style. We do not print a photorealistic image; we create a stylized artistic representation that stamps clearly.

Yes! On the product page, you can select the "Digital Proof" option (usually for a small fee or free, depending on your policy). If selected, we will email you a mockup for approval within 24 hours.Please keep an eye on your email to avoid production delays.

Out of the box, a stamp can mark approximately 500 to 700 balls. With a single refill bottle ($5), you can extend this to thousands more.

No! At Golfsignet, we offer no minimums. You can order 1 custom hat for yourself, or 50 for your charity tournament.

We use high-quality embroidery (not heat press stickers) for a professional, durable finish. This ensures the logo won't peel off after a few rounds in the sun.

Custom embroidery requires a bit more time than our stamps. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

Most of our hats (Rope Hats, Performance Caps) feature an adjustable Snapback closure, designed to fit head circumferences from 56cm to 60cm (covers 95% of adults).

Depending on the design complexity, we use either:

1. High-Definition Embroidery: For names, monograms, and simple logos (Premium look).
2. Full-Color Sublimation: For complex photos, patterns, or large logos (Ink is infused into the fabric, so it won't scratch your clubs).

Our standard size is 16" x 24" (40cm x 60cm). This is the "Tour Standard" size—large enough to keep half wet (for cleaning) and half dry (for hands), but not so big that it drags on the ground.

It is likely not broken!

1. First Use: Sometimes excess ink needs to be stamped out on paper first.
2. Dried Out: If left uncapped, the surface may dry. Add 2-3 drops of refill ink and let it sit for an hour.
3. Technique: Use a "rolling motion" (gently rock the stamp) on the curved ball surface for the best impression.
